The following statements apply to all subscribers to Traveling In Style.com:
Subscriber's Data - All captured data (i.e. name, address, email address, etc) by Traveling In Style.com is not shared with any other company, organization, group or individual, except for the following instances only:
- If the user requests additional information from an outside organization such as a hotel, destination bureau, etc. The user must request this information in order to have the product or service information sent to him/her via email or postal mail.
- If the user submits to a contest and the contest has a sponsor (i.e. credit card, automotive, airline, hotel, destination, spa, etc), Traveling In Style may have an agreement to share only the name and address(es) of the individuals who entered the contest.
- If any law official from a state or federal bureau that requests or supoenas for an individual's information.
Subscriber's Credit Card Number - all credit card transactions are performed on the Verisign® site which is a secured site that has communication portals to the major banking and credit card companies in order to process a Subscriber's credit card and obtain an approval code. Traveling In Style does not obtain, record, store any credit card numbers anywhere on its site.
